I encountered an issue when starting new game, my screen looks like that and there is nothing I can do.
There is an issue with AMD GPUs and Vulkan render pipeline.Try updating your drivers, if that does not work, try downgrading them.
After this suggestion I found a solution and downgrading AMD drivers to 25.6.1 did solve the issue
