It would be legal if it were a similar game with different models, this being a straight IP rip, is in fact NOT legal. This person is quite lucky the dev(s) of PvZ havent caught on and sued, as is their right
Don't tell me you actually believe posting these words here would actually bring down the game, or 'awaken' someone... Or you just love being the 'awakened' one.
You think you are protecting EA's interest while they don't even know you exist. And in fact EA is pretty much ruining PvZ's ip value in many ways, while its fan community is trying hard to protect it from fading out. Yes, fan-made content fall easily into copyright infringement, but company benefit from it.
