yes because they aren't reselling pvz1 for free they made a different version of the game for fun for free without selling it thats legal dumbass

It would be legal if it were a similar game with different models, this being a straight IP rip, is in fact NOT legal. This person is quite lucky the dev(s) of PvZ havent caught on and sued, as is their right

its one level that has different mechanics compared to base pvz all you do in it is survive with the given plants until the end of the extremely long level and thats it it is in no way just 3d pvz and you would know if you even opened the game dumbass

the creator of this game has never stated that he owns the pvz games nor has he made ANY money from this FAN game so unless the pvz devs themselfs tell him to take it down its not illegal its there ip and they can enforce it how ever they want

Someone has never heard of the concept of fan games. Brother would get eaten alive by the Pokemon fanbase.

Don't tell me you actually believe posting these words here would actually bring down the game, or 'awaken' someone... Or you just love being the 'awakened' one.

You think you are protecting EA's interest while they don't even know you exist. And in fact EA is pretty much ruining PvZ's ip value in many ways, while its fan community is trying hard to protect it from fading out. Yes, fan-made content fall easily into copyright infringement, but company benefit from it.
