I loved it so far, and cannot wait for more.
A few niggles though.
Noel and the MC were to feast on Sybil... but was only a little teas taste when it happened at last in the gym.
Sybil might be an Ingenue, inexperienced, shy... but by her own admission she is craving sex, and we KNOW there is a VERY REAL reason for this... it is not just some weak narrative thing like.. 'her repressed nature'... well there IS that... but there a medical, physiological reason. Yet she does not seek it, and the MC does not offer it, anywhere near as much as I feel that story arc demands.
Something about the whole Doc Clermont thing just feels alien. Like, it sits outside the rest of the story,... and oopart contrived arc, and worse, it has real consequences. Her leaving felt forced, and the inability to do anything about it really left this player PO'd in the EXTREME.
I thought Lym was my wingman, wingwoman, partner in crime.. my submissive, innocent, but eager protege, in all things. Lust included. But instead she suddenly became the Jealous type? More, she choses the USF over the ME, the MC? I mean you gotta build tension... but the Lym at the end, compared to the Lym of the start... was nothing like I thought. This means either A: this is a misguided narrative divergence which DOES NOT WORK, or B: it was calculated, and deliberate, and IS what it is meant to be, and Lym WHO she is meant to....in which case I say F her, stupid C U next Tuesday... now I want nothing to do with her, and feel we should be allowed to just straight up kill her.
The psychological games, between the MC and second phase Lym, are really not good either. I do not know what happens if you choose the dialogue wither her that might be chosen if one had the intent to kick her prissy little ass to the kerb... but if you answer the dialogue replies in the manner most obvious to keeping her..then you chose a path of lies, exploitation and manipulation encouraged by Nyx. Whatever you want Lym to be, she is a failure, now, because of this. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED.
Will not rate right now, because it might be too low... I will wait and see what this game is like by the end, and if some things, especially the shit with lym. I think there is hope still.. I hope.
