Concept: So you gotta avoid the floor (now lava) and platform in the platforms and hazards and semisolids while collecting stars.
Rules: When you land on ground you gotta die ASAP
Settings: 999 stars, 0 freq, 999 coins, no lives, 10:00 timer, TeamLock (everyone is the same team), Character Abilities (Mario is OP btw),
mini starting p-up, mini reserve p-up, only mini and Super Crown (so it doesn't give jumpsuit), ? blocks convert to roulette,
20 max hazards, 3 freq, everything EXCEPT:
Propeller Box, Cloud Bill, Rotten Mushroom, SpikeBass, Moving Tornado, and Bowser Shell
Fill Map on Match Start, and Hefty Ignores Spawn Rules.
My PB is 62 stars on Desert (old).
Recommendations: Pick a small map, and Bowser Jr.
