Your account is still not created. Are you perhaps in a country that doesn't support google services? If so, as the game is using a google database, you won't be able to play it ever.
This is required for now for tier checking and bot protection. Also, the game is single player while having an online aspect, which is because of a few things.
Firstly, you can play it cross platform on any of the platforms provided. Secondly, there will be updates to the game without you having to redownload it every time. And third, you may see some multiplayer stuff come around sometime.
With all that said, a few things to check:
- Are you using your patreon email?
- Are you connected to the internet?
- Did you allow any antivirus to block the game's internet capability?
If none works, I can delete your account, as it was only halfway created - it doesn't have any player data currently.
