just be careful if the original art was made with copyright programs (hair, clothing, body could each be designed by different people and copyright) that you haven’t paid for then you could be sued by those companies and the original artist if their art was copyrighted. To cover your ass you should have all of the same programs the original dev used to make the character and his/her or their authorized to use the likeness of the artwork. Some devs use artist and the artist will oftentimes will sale the characters to multiple clients unless a client buys exclusive rights to the character. Without the dev telling you where they got or made each character they use you could be looking at fines to jail time depending on what country you’re each from. Laws change from City to State to Country depending if it’s from another Country it could be worse for you. Any lawsuit that is filed against you normally will take 6 months to a year 1/2 to go through normal process to reach the defendant. Sometimes even longer depending on the case files of the Judicial system. Chuckles so how long has it been since you’ve been using the character likeness 🤔 well I know I’ll sleep well tonight good night sweet sweet dreams or maybe nightmares in your case 😉

Firstly: there's no plagiarism. I very remarked that's not mine content and work.

Secondly: i have never used it to either get benefits or money specifically, which would be a real dickhead move.

Thirdly: that's fan content, as many other things that get produced in the community from time to time. Although it is in WW hands to either Ignore as the much others or specifically target it, there's the Cease and desist letter. Even though that's not an requirement, much authors firstly contact the creator of the fan content and kindly asks for it's removal, peacefully, thing i would definitely agree on. If WW really sues me, being an international Issue, not only would him need to hire two Lawyers for the two countries, but also pay for extra things, such as translation, possible fees, etc.

All in one: Very low chance. Though he could, indeed...

AI "art" is always plagiarism due to the way it works. Unlike normal art, where one could draw inspiration from someone else's work and incorporate / replicate their style, AI takes a look at the noise of the presented picture and checks which pixel / level of noise is most likely to be next to another. From this data it then generates another noise map if given a prompt indicating it should try to make something like the data it received.

This process cannot be done without copyright infringement.

If you want art, then learn to do art, or get an artist to do the work for you. It is incredibly fulfilling to see the fruits of ones labour after finishing an artwork.

Plagiarism meaning: "the practice of taking someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as one's own."

Which i never did.

Also, every fanwork is copyright infringement by their own.

you literally did

Could you elucidate me? When? How?

using ai to make something and guess what kiddo ai literally takes art to make art and you stole someone's art to use in a ai generator which made you money.

Magma 511, you clearly have no freaking idea what your talking about.

not only do you not understand LLMs but you clearly lack knowledge about copyright as well.

your knee-jerk reaction is noted and disregarded, please refrain from commenting about thing you don't understand about in the future.
