Very nice, and I agree that the concept is very clever! I was having trouble determining how the crank affected the balance, but it wasn't too weird. The A and B button prompts are slightly too small, so it's difficult to tell which button is requested. On game over, disabling input for a second while showing the final stats would be nice. Since A and B are used to restart, if I'm just about to press them while the game is going on, but then the game ends, I inadvertently send input to the game over screen.
