Draconic Mana as a mechanic is unlocked midway through Sunrise or Sunset.
Once unlocked, you gain more draconic mana by:
- Impregnating Crator (+1/+3/+8)
- Studying with Shear in the Mermaid Haven Sunken Ship (+2 Base/+4 with Tutor's Study)
- A one time boost of +10 when you complete Pawa and Momo's story.
