Hi! I think I have a problem, or maybe I'm just really dumb. I know I'm supposed to go up the ladder after turning into a ball, but I can't! What key or movement should I use? Help!!! (╥﹏╥) (I can only move left and right!)

I couldn't even get up the ladder!
