I'm working on a post-jam update. Not sure how long it'll be before I release it, but at the very least it'll update the art, rebalance the maths and expand the story (had to cut down on the number of bosses and focus on tightening the gameplay to get it out on time). Some of the mechanics were originally meant to be more complex, so I might prototype that as well and see how it feels (might be a case of less is more).

Feedback is always welcome regardless. Knowing what people liked or didn't like about the jam version is sure to make the update a much better game :)

that's exciting! :) i love the artwork and story, it's really charming. looking forward to the new bosses and everything!

i think it would be cool to have some more player input on the deck and also some info on what's in the full deck. right now i think the cards in my hand are completely randomly generated? i rarely redraw my current hand because i can't tell the odds of getting something better. some events where i could pick a new card/change what's in my deck (maybe once after each boss?) would be cool. maybe a choice in the beginning of the game that changes the starting deck?

i also can't properly tell how a card's stats influence how my stats get better when i pick it during training. so far it seems random but maybe i just haven't figured it out haha
