Pregnancy is out of the question, at least gameplay wise, it will be added however as one of the possible endings.
Why you ask? It's very simple - everything takes place in a span of two weeks, even she got knocked up, you wouldn't see anything after 2 weeks also afterwards she it's rewind time, she won't be pregnant anymore. This sole reason that the time of the game is just 2 weeks, such a request won't be added.
As for other fetishes, dev has quite a long list of them but right now he focuses on the actual gameplay and story.
