I can see that the downloader can't find any purchase or download key.
Can you try to login on our portal with your itchio account ( https://portal.andrealphusgames.com ) and check the authorization summary.
By any chance, do you remember how you've acquire the game? Was is in a bundle?A download key? A single purchase?
I'll check on my side if I can find why you have this issue.
