I think this game could definitely be a prototype as module or the main mechanic for spider-man like game. Definitely would be more enjoyable or annoying (if that is the route you want to take) if it had sound-effects or at least background music (pizza time comes to mind). Definitely a good start for a potential game. For SFX, I recommend Labchirp. For music if you like to make your own, I recommend BeepBox. Both are free and can be used for non and commercial games.
