I have an issue with a payout, with no answer whatsoever, tickets #306865 and #304525. My first email was 23/08/2025.
I didn't know I had to manually accept the payment received from itch.io on paypal. They returned the payment to itch.io, because I didn't accept in time.
What happens now? Can I get the funds back? Can you make the payout again? I need support, thx!
