I always hear the vinyl distortion and roll my eyes a bit because Im always expecting the music to sound really washed out and compressed, but this was honestly a pleasant surprise and the little sounds scattered around the track did amazing work for the atmosphere.
The sudden duck from emotional to the guitar like instrument crying and then jungle drums was insane. I think the drums came in a little hot but, as a statement, that works. Its not a pleasant or balanced story you are telling.
The cool dragging drums in the third track along with the really long bend synths really does give an impression that there is something wrong or like time is warping. Great storytelling and the constant addition of small little changes keeps it fresh and easy to listen to. The gloves coming off at the end for the long strings hold outs was awesome.
Flat looking lamp was insane. I kept pausing to make sure I wasnt just hearing little movements, flickers, or shuffles from the outside world. The attention to detail here is great and I was really impressed by your efforts to tell a story.
immaculate work and storytelling here. I loved it and glad I got a chance to listen and rate before closing time. I would have regretted not hearing this earlier
