I do noy have enough knowledge here to provide any real advice, but I think Rave says what I cannot.
I had a vested interest in the story for you made it feel real, by going through the details of why everyone acted as they did. For me those explanations are what helped me to connect to them.
All we can do is our best to carry on but not forget. Compared to others I am insignificant, but those you made closest ties to shall be the best way to help you keep going.
