That's right, that's what I did. I have four devlogs with Major Release. Does that mean that for some reason the administration did not approve my publications? Is there any chance of finding out the reason if that is the case?
If itch.io staff ever communicates the reason for a decision, it's almost always privately over e-mail, in response to a ticket.
What should I do in this situation? Contact support?
You can try that, but approving devlogs is at their discretion. It's not supposed to be a reliable advertising channel.
