I did endeavor to use more non chordal tones. My inspiration music from Mad Rat Dead uses them a lot so I made sure to figure out how and where to use the most effectively.
I think used them the most intentionally in Waxing Fun, Waning Sun, whereas the best last day is so chaotic they were used more liberally.
I also believe I’ve come to agree that Today is NOT a good day is my favorite one after many listens to them all. The chorus section at 0:53 really works for me idk how I made it sound so good.
