A very cool game base, text advantures with some graphics at the side are wonderful - but alas, I had to admit my defeat against a haunted tofu : ( Thus, my journey ended where it started, in the dungeon.
But the base idea is interesting and the implementation of the "swapping" theme sure is there and could have potential if elaborated on.
