We don't know the exact reason, but clearing game cache helps with that.
Phone settings -> all apps -> find REC game -> storage&cache -> clear cache
🚫DO NOT CLICK "CLEAR STORAGE" AS THIS WILL DELETE YOUR SAVE DATA🚫
