Awesome update! I feel like at max Madness stacks the next time an enemy finishes a grapple (Or enemies) you should get a unique game-over state, skips your health and you just lose. Thinking of some really fun things the female Strobilomorph could do to you if that were to happen, or especially the trio of hole humpers
