That's so strange. (Q 3 Q ) I did the same thing, but it's unlocking for me. It's possible the game isn't retaining the persistent data for one of their routes. I will try my best to help! Here are some methods you could try. Please let me know if either helped! (q w q )
1) If you haven't already, try using the skip feature to run through both Icardi and Dr. Love's routes, completing both their endings A+B, and then try to replay again.
2) Delete everything (all saves + persistent) inside the save folder within the To Kill Eros game and the "App Roaming data" related to the game's save file on your computer. Once you've done this, try the first method again to see if it'll unlock this time. There is a toggle to "Skip Unseen Text" in the options menu so that you don't have to read through everything again.
- To clear from your Windows drive: hit the Windows key + r. Type %appdata% in the prompt and locate the RenPy folder. Then go into "To Kill Eros" and delete everything in the save folder.
- To clear from Mac: open Finder, press the Option (Alt) key, and click on the Go menu. Select Library, then open the Application Support folder. Find "To Kill Eros", though, you may need to find RenPy first. Either delete the game's entire folder or go into the save folder and manually delete everything in it (all saves + persistent). (Note: I don't own a Mac computer, so this is just what I found from Google searching.)
3) Re-download and extract the file again. Sometimes, files can corrupt themselves while downloading and extracting for various reasons. So, it's worth a shot just to try.
If none of these helped, I'll be releasing another V.1.2 with some minor grammar fixes and corrections soon. So, I'll likely use that opportunity to ask another programmer to look over it with me.
Hopefully, this can potentially help others who may experience the issue in the meantime. Sorry for the trouble, once again. (T v T )/
