On my Deck the game’s save data and mod files are in
/home/deck/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/242680/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/nuclearthrone/
.steam is a hidden folder so you might have to paste some of this into the file manager’s “address bar” in desktop mode.
