I'm gonna address the chill issue. The final-tier factories, and power plants RELLY kill your chill. Festivals add chill (and a lot!), but you need more of them to counteract the effects of the mega-maker. Sometimes it makes sense, to remove you tier3 factories and build some tier-2, to build festivals upfront, and then remove the tier2, and build tier3.
And if you liked the intro, you would have loved the outro :)
