Hi, I have a problem: the game works fine until I come to a H-scene. Then there is nothing on the screen exept for the dialog, it becomes completely dark. I don't understand why, I've completed the main quest and it has always worked.

I've already tried to close and reopen the game, I've even uninstalled and reinstalled it. Can someone help me, please?

Edit: I tried out some options and it seems like it does this when the option for the volumes "mute all" is on, but I don't really understand why.
