I’m not quite understanding your phrasing.
When the goblin arrives, select Butt, Ditzy, Milk, Heat, Inflate, Blueberry, and mix it. That should trigger the spray.
When a conversation event with a goblin occurs, clicking the mixer to try making a mixture when the goblin attempts to kill you will not create a potion.
