Hi, I understand your situation and am sad to hear about it, I hope all things in your life will get better. As for the game, I would prefer (although it still is entirely up to you) a pre release without sprites, I said pre release because I would find it "sad" for the sprites to be definitely out of the way, I hope, and suppose, that someone (if not you) will be willing to complete them.
