You have to be on Dilapidated halls and keep drilling to the north. I admit it's a bit inconsistent. Hopefully they'll fix it in the next update.
I see, thank you. You didn't include the biome spec in your guide, so I figured any biome was fine (I rolled the regular halls, what luck)
Floor 10 is always the dilapidated halls.
