Hi developer / Itch, I purchased a few days ago what I supposed was the LOML bundle (S1+2) but only received season 1. I think there was some sort of hic-up at the shopping cart as the charged amount was not 14,95 USD but 14, which isn't the price S1 goes for today and the reason I did not notice I wasn't paying for the whole bundle . How can we go about solving this unintended problem? I am about to finish season 1 and want to continue with the story. Thanks in advance for any help on this matter. I've tried contacting Itch support first but so far had no heard from them. Thanks again.

Hey, since I can't message you directly on Itch, I can't spot you a key. I think it's easiest if I just issue a refund, and you can buy the bundle instead. But the refund may take a little while to go through, all of that goes through itch and whatever payment providers are involved and is completely out of my hands.

That would be swell, and was what I originally proposed itch doing a few days ago when I realized I hadn't receive S2 with my purchase. As I haven't received their reply I thought it would be easier asking about this with you directly.
