The out of tune notes work nicely for an occult theming. I also think your use of silence to make the listener even more uncomfy is really good.
I would have liked to hear more diversity in terms of the melody. Your leitmotif is abundant and clear, but it repeats so often to the point that the tracks lose some individuality.
