Hey There Tangled up games, I actually have no idea why this is the problem and i just wanted to write that ive faced the same issue with all three of my games ever since i joined the platform and whenever i write the name Word to word in the text box it just doesnt appear even when i scroll all the way down as far as i can it just doesnt appear. Just though i might aswell Jot down this info in here since we're facing the same issue. hopefully it'll get fixed :D
Also i would recommend contacting Itch.io Support at: support@itch.io via Email, They managed to fix an issue for my account around two weeks ago and im sure they can assist with trouble shooting the problem.

yeah, it took them quite a while to fix my account as well and i still got lucky and after like 2 or 3 emails and nothing but botted responses from some robot i just gave up and so i wasn't able to advertise my game at all or use the community tab in the jam until day two of voting when i guess they finally got to my email and un banned it. Still i hope they'll fix this issue as soon as possible, All the best tangled :D
