Yes and no... It has wide controller support and I've heard people using their RailDrivers successfully. However it doesn't come with any predefined configuration for the RailDriver so you'll have to assign the controls yourself. I don't have the RD myself so I can't test it properly. Some other controllers like the TSC-X seem to have problems with the levers not working.
