Most of my jobs have been customer service jobs so my goodness is this hilariously (and painfully) relatable. 

The layout is nicely done and I like that the prompt lists look like cards that can be cut out and held to refer to during play if you’d like. 

I feel like the prompt list headers are a reference I might be missing. Is there anything behind the “vortexcyber” “shield unbound” etc. list headers?

I can answer this! The names on the cards are completely arbitrary. I figured that if this were much more fleshed out, I'd try to have a variety of talking point/pain point decks, and it would be useful if they had names to identify them easily. I just happened to give them silly names.
