I share your pain. Blade is my absolute favourite character too...and my MC is also male. The next most intriguing character to me, and the one my MC might feel most connected to, is Halek...which brings us back to heart-break and unavailability.
I really hope there will be some angsty content for unrequited love, I'd love to see a route like that if rejected.
I agree. It would be nice for the MC's feelings to be acknowledged in some way. Angst, platonic love...I wouldn't mind either.
