You can move the camera using Q/E on keyboard on the bumpers on controller. It's only 90 degree rotation, I might change that though. Transparency when behind certain walls is something that existed in previous versions but it was kinda wonky and didn't work right all the time so it was removed. I could try to add it again if I can get it working right but I find that there aren't many areas that actually need it since most of the time you can just rotate the camera and it's fine.
