OKAY, SO! I’ve played Demo 2.0 now, so I can finally say something about it!!! I’ve tried to keep this review spoiler-free as much as I could! Do tell me if you need me to hide it though!! ^^
- OKAY, FIRST OF ALL, I like the new design for Itsuru!!! I think I prefer this one!! 😁🫡 Not saying the previous was bad tho!! Just that I like this new one better!!
- The new scenes between Kotori and Itsuru are SO GOOD and sweet! 🥺 Before this Demo my fav characters were Kotori and Kazuya, but WITH THIS, Itsuru easily became MY TOP fav right now. Such is the curse for me to root for side characters, hahaha XD
- The new scenes explains A LOT OF questions I had before. But it was especially touching that when you check these scenes BEFORE Kotori finds out the truth about the troupe, he wants to use his power but it doesn’t work 😭😭
- THE INTRO SEQUENCE FOR WHEN YOU SEE MINORU AND SARINA TOGETHER THE FIRST TIME, that was like, BEAUTIFUL. and the timing with the music was perfect ✨. I do have to admit though that it does happen SO fast :c I wish it happened a bit slower to be able to see more the sequence. but i still like it!!
- THE BAD ENDING IS REALLY, REALLY BAD. LIKE, OH MY GOD. Poor Kotori, that was so AWFUL for him 😭😭
- Proud to say that I got the right choice the first time! 🫡 And THAT CG that happens after you got it right, when that person arrives and holds Kotori, OMG, that was SO DAMN SWEET and sad, i mean, look at HIS FACE, he looks SO WORRIED, OMG T-T
- We get to see more of Sarina! Her design is SO beautiful!! And it was a bit sad knowing that it was always her calling Kotori oniisama but not the other way around. :(
- I admit that I wished the fight scene had a bit more choices. And I think maybe adding more sound effects would have helped more this sequence! This is just me though! ^^
- So much stuff happened to Kotori in such a short time (poor him :c) that I wanted him to just relax. So I’m proud to say that I’m OK with the ending we got so far :D
- Oh yes, there were many instances where the dialogue exceeded the textbox! I’ll be sure to post it on the Discord when I have some free time! ^^
