when are you guys adding the ability to live in new ark city?
Do you mean New Ark City or Upper New Ark? Because there is a Condo available in New Ark which is how you get to know Fawn as she starts as your Neighbour

It'll probably be a while yet. Need to wait till I get back to the routes that happen up there
