This could be a potential phantom device issue? Try unplugging + plugging your devices.
Just unplugged and replugged my keyboard. Then I tried closing the game, with the keyboard unplugged, then opening it again and it was still happening, even with the keyboard unplugged. And it didn't work when I replugged it either. I am just confused cause the web browser version works just fine but the downloads ain't for some reason.
