I don't think Generative AI should be used at all. The purpose of a game jam is to create, socialise and have fun, when you use AI you take away a lot of it away, for example if you can't draw(or don't have the time to) you can always find an artist and make a new friend(thats what i do).

Also most people use these jams and even itch.io itself to see what other people made and their unique look. Using AI takes that away.

I'm not gonna get into the ethics of using AI because this isn't the place for it and I'm sure you have heard about it already.
