How do you start the new kate and nia events? atm they're both lvl 9/10 with nia having an exclamation mark. (am on slave route nia)
There is no new Kate event, that is a bug that it shows /10, there are only nine.
Nia event is available in the love route. If on slave route, Nia has no new event (so I’m told). It is also a bug game implies event is available when it is not.
