Cool ideas and interesting instrument choices here. The mixing is a little rough around the edges. There's a bit too much high high-end on some tracks, especially the bright synth on "It wasn't your fault." and that EQ sweeping static on "The stars sure do sound bright tonight." They both come off as a bit harsh on the ears for me.
"Outside the Club": the synth lead has a LOT of sub-bass on it, I would either cut it back some and add some tone into the mids or just pick a different synth. On listening to "Club Fight" I get the idea now, but it doesn't translate well without the context of having listened to Club Fight first. That said, I would still dial back on the sub-bass a bit, and you almost always want to get rid of the sub-bass on the L and R.
"A lullaby for a psychopath" has some interesting tension in it. This is a creative choice, but personally I think sidechain compression (think typical synthwave) would have worked really well here to add some flavor to the mix.
I don't know what you were cooking with on "Reflections" but I think I'd like to try some ahaha. That pad that comes in around 0:30 is nice and thick and gives a lot of character to the track.
Overall, this is a really weird but cool sounding OST. I get you wanting to stay away from melodic elements to build tension and create that spooky/ambient horror sort of deal, and you did a good job with that. That said, I think having something light thrown in occasionally could create some good dynamics and make the weight of your synthhorror vibes more powerful. For example, "One summer night theme" starts off pretty strong, but it builds up a little slowly and doesn't really go anywhere afterwards. Instead of bringing in the additional synth at 0:54, you could try adding in a little breakdown: drop the snare, change the key of the bells, add in a few quick, high piano notes/flourishes, maybe about 8 bars total or so, then pick back up where you left off at :054. It would leave the remainder of the song with more impact.
Regardless, nice work and an overall enjoyable listen!
