This is a great concept.
I'll admit I found the main level a bit too challenging for me. You have to get everything just right, and if you mess up the first 5 seconds of the run which is very easy to do, you cannot progress further and get stuck in a loop of spawn, mess up first movement, die, respawn.
With how quick it needs to be played to win, it might be a little less painful if there was a checkpoint system on the main level, or a separate countdown before the giant clock starts to chase/countdown.
Otherwise, for a first game this is a really good submission.
