It kind of seems like you don't like OMORI. considering you say it inspired your music "(begrudgingly)"
I actually liked the ending song the most. I just liked the harmonies between the bass and melody in the beginning of that one.
OMORI was not all bad, but I felt the big "reveal" of that game was unnecessarily dark, putting everything I've experienced in the game up to that point in an extremely different light.
