It might just be my computer, but after pressing start on the title screen I just get a black screen. I've tried waiting and it was still just a black screen :(
No it doesn't prompt me to install anything else. After downloading then running the .exe file, I make it to the title screen then when I press start I get stuck on a black screen. Anyways, if it works for you then it might just be a problem with my device.
I unfortunately did figure out what happened. The intro vid wasn't included in my packaging so the game couldn't get past it on other peoples computers but could on mine because it could still access the file. I have fixed it and only it.
