Couldn't finish the game, it was way too laggy. By the end of it, while I was looking for the last 2 items that I missed (a cat and a frisbee??), the game was barely above 5fps. I thought is was a memory leak, so I relaunched the game but it didn't fix anything. I suspect the main game loop is single-threaded and everything being recomputed at every step (at some points it froze for seconds when placing a light).
There also is a bit of jank when it comes to menuing with a controller, some items are not reachable (e.g. the magnifying glass when there's just the magnifyig glass and the light left), and it lacks some more visual feedback of where the cursor is at any given point.
That's a bit of a shame, because otherwise it's fun to dig around and find stuff. Not a new concept by any mean, but a fun one.
