Got here from your Reddit post. Love supporting anything Godot related. I'll write my comments as I play the game

Music is great, doesn't get boring or repetitive, but does it really fit the theme of the game? I feel like I'm fighting a boss in Clair Obscur right now.

Even though there is no tutorial, the mechanics become pretty evident as you start playing it.

I have a gripe with the red squares - the attack areas. One of the biggest mistakes you can do as a game dev from my point of view is obfuscating available information. I can see the squares I will hit as I drag and drop the arrows, but as soon as I place them, they're gone. Now I have to mentally re-draw what I'm already hitting. It's annoying and takes the fun out of the game imo.

The witty dialogue is great. Doesn't take itself seriously as the game itself isn't serious.

I'm at the bomb mechanic. Again, no tutorial so I had to work out what the bombs were going to do. Someone else could be put off by this.

Shuriken, again I have to guess what the mechanic will be.

Level design is great. Puzzles are a little bit hard if you're new to puzzle games and the difficulty is already fluctuating, but it's not too bad. I think you'd benefit from more puzzles using mechanics the player discovers. Have more bomb puzzles before moving to shuriken, and have more shuriken puzzles before moving to combined levels.

Level 6 - my first fail. Because I have to memorise the damage areas, this is proving quite tricky. Too many things to keep track of for level 6.

I think Level 6 is as far as I can get. Cool idea for a game, it's pretty polished honestly, but you need to work on your difficulty progression and allowing the player to understand what they're doing a little bit better.

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback fake dante, you put quite some effort into it really apreciated!

I will take your words to heart and start overworking the progression and also implement some "preview for newly aquired pieces".
