Holy crap it's like this was designed specifically for me. I have a long running writing project with a very similar sequence. (Fantasy and adventure but similar setup.) So seeing this is like seeing it drawn which rules!

Your art is great! The colors in particular really sell alien world. I love the Myrminae design! Beautiful and alien all at once. The transformation is also spectacularly drawn. I love that both participants are very affectionate and very into the transformation. That adds a lot I think, and the little panels of the handmaiden squeeing over her queen are so cute! Fantastic job and best of luck with your future projects!

It was very important to me to have several, nicely colored, moods through the story to help represent the evolution and change of both the places but also the characters.

At least the becoming the queen of the hive part is published in the ant-girl part of my game "Monsters of the Forest". (https://aaaac1.itch.io/monsters-of-the-forest) I can't recommend it, it's very long and it was my second big writing project so it's not the best.

I suspect your commissioner and I were inspired by similar works, as there's some similarities in the big details. The handmaiden in both is silent, the transformation is advanced by eating/sex, the handmaiden might be pursuing her own agenda, insectoid-monster girls, meeting in the aftermath of a disaster, etc. Just interesting to see two takes on a similar concept. Anyway, it's already rude to plug my own stuff here, so I'll stop. Like I said great job!
