At least the becoming the queen of the hive part is published in the ant-girl part of my game "Monsters of the Forest". (https://aaaac1.itch.io/monsters-of-the-forest) I can't recommend it, it's very long and it was my second big writing project so it's not the best.
I suspect your commissioner and I were inspired by similar works, as there's some similarities in the big details. The handmaiden in both is silent, the transformation is advanced by eating/sex, the handmaiden might be pursuing her own agenda, insectoid-monster girls, meeting in the aftermath of a disaster, etc. Just interesting to see two takes on a similar concept. Anyway, it's already rude to plug my own stuff here, so I'll stop. Like I said great job!
