Hi birdnofoot! Here’s my game, Owlet and the Biscuit Tower, and it was made in Godot 4. (Link: https://sproutkid.itch.io/owlet-and-the-biscuit-tower). Just a quick warning, I’ve heard a lot of people recently say that the hitboxes from the player and the spikes were too big, the visual clarity was a little off between the background and the spikes, and the fact that this game is HARD. But, the spikes are pass-through, meaning you can walk past them, so if there’s large sections of the game to where you would THINK that’s impossible, all you have to do is walk past them, it’s just that as long as you don’t jump on them, as doing the latter will kill you. wanted to ask, are you familiar with 2D platformers, because if not, that’s okay. I advise you to start with the first part (AKA the one with the small platforms and the spikes, and here’s my tip, jump on the empty platform, walk past the spike, and jump on the next empty platform, and then, walk past the spike, and so on so forth until you reach the next part.) I already fixed the visual clarity issues and I’m already working on the hitboxes.
I hope you play and enjoy my game, and give me positive feedback (or some suggestions if you want)!! Thanks a lot if you do!
